We had our daughter's 6th birthday party at the Batavia location. It was such a wonderful experience. Our party host was Nathan, he was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! He knew every child by name and made sure that every child was able to pick a puppy to visit the party room. I will say that I was a bit nervous that the space would be too small, but it was perfect. Our party had 14 small children, we had enough time to visit with over a dozen puppies, eat pizza, cupcakes, open gifts & do a pinata. If you have a party, it would be a benefit to you to request Nathan as your host!

Great experience purchasing my Bernese Mountain dog in June. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She is a healthy dog without a single issue. Energetic and playful. I bring her back frequently, the staff remembers her by name and is always willing to give me advice if I'm purchasing something or not. They're the best.
